 The Blocks

Emotionally buried within our drama, whatever the reason, we experience the fears, phobias, anxiety attacks, depression and trauma of recorded memories - from yesterday or from years ago. We cry. We feel pain. We sweat in our nightmares. We literally relive old experiences. Why? We're stuck there and can't move beyond it.

For some, years and years of therapy has not helped. Others have buried it so deep, they can't begin to figure out what is underneath the scars.

It doesn't have to be that way. We can live from a different perspective. We are to have freedom from the intensity we've made life out to be. It's sorta like walking out of a prison, knowing that you now have the keys to enjoy life and all it has to offer, any way you wish, any time you wish.

Have you ever had something like this happen to you?

You are a sales rep for a beauty product, and everyone keeps telling you, "Wow, you are so good with people, you should be making 5 figures per month. You're just such a natural for this. Just Do It! Go For It!" The problem is that every day you feel scared to death, sick to your stomach, and your mouth freezes when you start to give your presentation to prospective customers.

You know that your friends are right. You are awesome with people, but something just isn't working how it should be. That's a clear sign of a block that is holding you back.

What are Blocks?

Blocks are otherwise known as barriers, obstacles, walls, tags, labels, roadblocks, nicknames, curses, anything that might be holding you back from obtaining what you desire. Sometimes you are able to identify what these are. More than likely, you may have No Clue what IT is.

The most recognizable barriers or blocks that we are faced with are:

Fears of anything
Phobias
Anger
Resentments
Guilt
Grief
Trauma

Most common situations or ailments intensified by blocks are:

Lack of anything
Anxiety
Depression
Poor Sports Performance
Weight Issues
Self-Sabottage
Poverty
Addictions
Many Diseases
Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome
Nightmares

Blocks are always first created by our thoughts. Thoughts, good or bad, create our beliefs. Our beliefs control and formulate our physical experiences. So, if you want to experience something different, go back to review your thoughts and especially what you are speaking out of your mouth from those thoughts.
