Diversification is the key to creating wealth. Cash flow might be generated from other income streams such affiliate programs, network marketing, sales representative for a product or service, online and website sales, referral fees, fundraising programs, online auctions such as E-Bay, garage sales, etc.

These forms of cash flow are generated out of your direct involvement and activity with a company. We don't consider them to be actual businesses. They are income streams. Develop as many as you can comfortably manage.

We'd like to suggest that all the responsibilites of the typical business are the responsibility of someone else - such tasks as product development, manufacturing, branding and design, initial advertising and marketing, customer service and the like. Your job is to manage word-of-mouth advertising - referring a product or service to those clients who are looking what you, or this company, has to offer.

Passive Income

Passive income happens when you are not actively involved in the receipt of the income. Examples are investments, inheritance, royalties, certain bonuses and commissions, etc. This form of income normally allows you to be making money while you are doing something else.
